Bianca Hennessey

Bianca is a proud Malyangapa and Barkindji woman and a Director on the Yula-Punaal board, bringing around seven years of governance experience across community-focused organisations.

Her experience spans community services, program development and the creative industries, shaping a leadership style that is both strategic and grounded. Bianca values staying close to community, listening deeply and drawing on those insights to support thoughtful, effective governance.

Her commitment is grounded in family legacy and a strong sense of responsibility to community. Bianca is passionate about creating pathways that empower individuals, strengthen families and support early intervention, wellbeing and culturally responsive approaches that lead to long-term change.
